Mangold Asian Pacific Cuisine in Aachen

Super good food and the atmosphere was nice. I liked the baked sushi.

We ordered there last Saturday. I never had any doubts about the price-performance ratio and understanding of longer waiting times. When ordering for collection, 30 minutes were specified. Arriving at the restaurant on time, I had to witness an open dispute between two waiters, during which my order was already ready on the display. However, instead of serving me, getting paid and handing me my orders for over € 40, I waited another 20 minutes on site. When I was served, I asked if I could now assume that the food was still warm. I was then asked more than just rudely to pay or to leave. I won't be ordering there for the time being.

As always super tasty but unfortunately also with fried onions, although they were voted out. Unfortunately, it's a shame ...

I went to Swiss chard and lemongrass very often and the food was always good, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired! We wanted to order something to eat today, so called Mangold to order food. They supposedly didn't want to deliver to us and told us lemongrass would deliver to us. We live 7.9 km from Mangold and according to the homepage you deliver up to 10 km. Nonetheless, we called Lemongrass and they told us that we should call Mangold because they don't deliver to us. If the customer has to suffer from such a service and you treat customers in this way because you don't want to deliver to customers, you don't have to be surprised if you leave your money elsewhere in corona times.

The food is good there, but the (customer) service is disastrous. It is not possible to pre-order, you should call half an hour before delivery. I have now tried to get through by phone for an hour in 74 (!) Call attempts. No getting through. This is not a service!

We called 45 times in 1.5 hours this evening. Always the same announcement came ... even if you call “short intervals” as instructed, you can't get through. Apparently, Mangold does not need to earn money during Corona times.

Delicious but incredibly long delivery times and waiting times. Often when you call you are unprofessionally put aside and have to wait. But food is great. Service 2 stars Eat full 5 !!!

It was not possible to order by phone on two weekends. Then called at lunchtime to order for the same day in the evening. You were told calling 2 hours in advance would be enough. This was done but unfortunately didn't get through in a period of over an hour. In spite of the attempt in "short intervals" to try it, as one is told according to the answering machine. The food is always perfect and recommended, but due to this "problem", I will order somewhere else in times of Corona from now on.

Food is great, ordering on site takes at least an hour. Service at the counter completely disorganized. In addition, the food is still cold. Please look for another system for the future.

Called 134 times in a row (automatic redial). After the good man finally answered it and told me briefly I would like to wait a moment (that's actually not a problem), he finally forgot that I was on the phone ... After more than five minutes, I have it then given up and hung up.

The food was very tasty, but the staff changes often, except for a few, which is why the service is not always pleasant. Pick-up not recommended: Waiting time is always longer than you are told first. We should wait outside until we are called. A lady told us she'd been waiting an hour and just went in to ask. Their meal was long gone and the staff said they called them ... Customer service 1A (irony)

Excellent food, can only recommend the Swiss chard. Service always very friendly. The only point of criticism: card payments have not been possible for a long time. This is annoying, especially with larger orders and is a mystery to me at the moment.

Mangold Asian Pacific Cuisine is a well-frequented restaurant in Aachen Brand. It is handicapped accessible, and children friendly. The staff is very friendly and nice. I can only recommend it, if you love sushi must have been there.

Best sushi restaurant in Aachen! If you want to eat sushi in Aachen, it's best to come here. There is a large selection of different types of sushi, but also other Asian dishes. So there is something for everyone. There is also a large drinks menu and the service is always friendly and courteous. The price-performance ratio is great.

The sushi is very tasty, the warm dishes unfortunately vary depending on the chef. The preparation times are sometimes very long. Only cash payments are possible. Unfortunately the owner obviously has no interest in changing this. Conclusion: Recommended for sushi.

A nice place with a chic atmosphere. The service was friendly and courteous. All hygiene regulations were followed exactly. On the most important topic: The meal was excellent. It all tasted very good and was great. I look forward to the next visit
